The crew that you sent to do the first set of repairs was professional, adept at their job, and left the grounds looking better than when they started. And what was especially appreciated and extremely helpful was the oversight provided. It gave me a chance to review what we spoke about, to visually see what was needed to be done, but most importantly gave me the opportunity to get other bids for the work if I choose to do so. This was (but is less now) an area I knew nothing about, and your guidance, process, and reports made it a lot less painful!"
