Who Qualifies

Property Owners:

Financing is available to property owners who sign the financing agreement directly. This includes:

- Individual property owners
- LLCs and property holding companies
- HOAs and condo associations
- Institutional owners (schools, hospitals, religious organizations)

Project Requirements:

- Project must be directly managed by FESN or an approved network vendor
- Property owner (not tenant or property manager) must sign the agreement
- In special cases, client-selected vendors can participate if they agree to our financing terms

Extended Financing Options

Need Longer Than 12 Months?

For residential properties, we also offer 1 to 15 year financing options through an affiliated third-party loan provider. These extended terms do carry interest but provide maximum flexibility for major restorations.

Extended financing is ideal for:

- Full system restorations with 25-year warranties
- Multi-system projects on larger properties
- Historic building restorations requiring extensive work
- Projects where spreading costs over multiple budget cycles is preferred

How It Works

Step 5: Upon final payment, all warranties and certifications are released and filed with the AHJ.
