We provide temporary repairs or reinforcement to any fire escape components as needed, ensuring safe one-time use for up to 90 days pending permanent repairs. Additional time may require further inspection. Emergency repair costs are credited toward permanent repairs. Full details are outlined in the Emergency Repair Proposal.

After emergency repairs, we restore your fire escape by cleaning, priming, sealing, and re-bolting all major connections. Components with significant wear are reinforced or replaced. All rust is treated, and surfaces are sealed and top-coated per EPA Lead guidelines. Includes a 15–25-year structural warranty and certification (no load test required for up to 25 years with AHJ approval). Project Management Oversight (PMO) included.

We clean, prime, seal, and re-bolt all major and minor connections with excessive internal rust. Components with over 25% material loss are reinforced or replaced. Non-restored parts receive Integrated Load and Dynamic Stress Tests. All rusted surfaces are treated and top-coated per EPA Lead guidelines. Includes a 10-year structural warranty on completed work, certification after inspection (AHJ approved), and PMO. Spot Restoration costs can be credited toward Full Restoration within 5 years (with adjustments; restrictions apply).

We repair only severely distressed or broken connections and reinforce or replace critical deteriorated materials as needed. Includes Full Load and Dynamic Stress Tests for 5-year certification. Spot painting covers scraped, primed, and repaired areas, following EPA Lead guidelines. No warranty is provided. Includes Load Test, Dynamic Stress Test, and Vendor Management Oversight (VMO).
